job description:

-          you are the first contact of our distributors and agents in the retail channel and thus have a commercial service mentality;

-          you work closely with supply chain management and purchasing;

-          you monitor inquiries, the order-flow thus the total sales process  from start to the end;

-          you assist the sales manager with for example pricelists, sales reporting, sales forecasting and you ensure great relationships with our key partners;

-          you keep the sales CRM up to date.

Our storm umbrellas are conquering the world, from Amsterdam to London, Tokyo and Sydney; people are enjoying the weather everywhere! The spreading of  the senzËš virus to new markets leads to an ever increasing demand for our umbrellas. To cater our customers’ needs we are expanding our sales team. Currently we are searching for an inside sales support who knows what is necessary to create ànd to keep happy customers throughout our entire retail channel.  Are you that efficient and organized colleague with a positive attitude we are looking for?

who are you:

-        you deliver as promised without losing your eye for detail;

-        you are to the point and have a no-nonsense (working) attitude;

-        you know the ground rules; efficiency, sound planning and effectiveness are key for you;

-        you are a true team player who values integrity and having fun;

-        managing the order flow and administrating gets you energetic;

-        you speak and write fluent Dutch, English and 1 other European language;

-        you have 2 to 3 years experience in dealing with and satisfying customers’ needs in the sales environment preferably at brand owner, wholesaler or premium A brand;

-        you turn customers into loyal brand ambassadors;

-        you recognize yourself in the senz° core values: touch & engage, innovate & challenge and making business sense.
