As teamleader finance you are in the middle of the financial heart of the organization. You check and control the financial planning, you lead the administrative team and you will look after the goals that are set in every business unit. You have a healthy interest in technique and the markets in which it is applied. In the organization you are the contact concerning payroll administration.

AME is highly automated and believes in a flat organization with a high consciousness of responsibility at all colleagues. For the organization to able to make optimal use of this, there is an advanced BI (Business Intelligence) system available, which is connected to all our primary systems (ERP-SAP, MES and PDM system and the projectadministration). In your job you will be continuously engaged thinking about the optimal KPI’s in your field of work and how to combine these in the organization.

BI helps with analyzing and processing of (economical) information and can best be described as the process of turning data into information, which subsequently will lead to enable adequate action and comprehension in the achievements thereof.
