As an intern at Mexx you will be working at our Women’s, Youth or Men’s division within our Technical Design Department. You will be working with the department on ensuring consistency on product-fit-sizing and constructions. As an intern you will be assisting the team in:

• Develop seasonal concept blocks/silhouettes
• Produce technical illustrations of detailed garment construction
• Organize and attend fitting sessions and learn how to analyse model postures
• Work alongside design and product development to help the division realise and deliver the product strategy
• Measure garments like samples & production garments
• Work out manuals together with technicians

You are an independent, enthusiastic and hardworking student following an education at a Fashion/Textiles Academy. You are looking for an internship for approximately 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. You are a bright and quick thinking person, are eager to learn and flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality). You have good communication skills in English (verbal and written). You are able to work with Illustrator.
