- Assist the Manager Global Transfer Pricing to develop, monitor and administer the transfer price structure for all inter- affiliate transactions with the European supply chain company. Ensure adherence to the transfer price master file, Dutch and other country specific tax rulings.
- Manage manufacturing variance analysis and process the required adjustments. Manage and process all compensating adjustments required to bring the results of the European Supply Chain company in line with required profit targets.
- Fulfill all tax reporting requirements (including quarterly actual, monthly forecasts) for the European supply chain Finance Director. Work with the local Dutch tax team in processing and the electronic submission of the tax amounts.
- Monitor compliance of European supply chain company in accordance with the essential components of the inter-affiliate contracts with the European supply chain company.
- Support the Global Transfer Pricing Manager to ensure compliance of Heinz European supply chain company and its affiliate trading partners with specific requirements of local transfer pricing regulations and produce the required analyses to support local documentation requirements.
- Assist the Global Transfer Price Manager in defending the Heinz position in transfer price audits.
- Prepares inter- company service recharges between European affiliates and deals with queries relating to those recharges raised by the Business Units.
- Develops tax expertise with respect to the transfer price regulations, and practices in all countries where Heinz affiliates conduct cross-border transactions to support Heinz tax, business and finance leaders accordingly.

Profiel
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing accounting experience preferably with Big 4 or large FMCG. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- Must have strong analytical and Excel skills with competencies in extracting and manipulating database information. Experience using SAP is a plus.
- Must be creative and flexible.
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work in an environment that requires the ability to provide clear guidance and communication to Heinz finance and commercial leaders across a wide range of nationalities, professional backgrounds and skill levels.
