Vacature
Responsibilities & main activities:
The primary responsibility of the role is to develop the European supply plan for the Category including Heinz factories and co-packers and to provide leadership of the supply planning team to ensure that supply and demand plans are balanced and optimised to deliver required customer service within the inventory targets for the category.
The key objectives for the role for their span of control will be :
• Development and implementation of a supply plan which supports the business
objectives of inventory reduction whilst maintaining customer service >98.5% at
minimum cost.
• Manage service issues in the category ensure timely resolution and pro-active
communication
• Development and execution of specific initiatives to reduce inventory within the category
• Development in conjunction with the manufacturing/logistics a plan to deliver a demand
driven agile supply chain within the category
• Development of the people, processes and systems within supply planning team to
standard European Standards and challenge to deliver best in class status
• Support the development of an integrated S&OP team/process in the category and
across Europe.
