Responsibilities & main activities:
Based in the Supply Chain Hub in Zeist and reporting into the data and information manager, the role’s prime responsibilities are to support the category S&OP teams in portfolio , network , and modelling strategies.

• Aligned and agreed methodologies to segment portfolio.
• Agreed benefit cases to mobilise project activity to improve customer service / profitability / operating working capital.
• Category demand plan scenario’s.
• Best in class models with appropriate level of business buy in and engagement.
• Key performance indicators to track and align monitor process maturity with system usage and user knowledge.
• Clear and transparent explanation of route cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Simulation models to allow multiple S&OP related scenarios to be demonstrated and evaluated.

Profiel
Experience & competences:
• Problem solving skills to analyse complex situations and propose solutions.
• Influencing skills up to senior manager level.
• Leadership to drive issue understanding and process improvement; directly across multisite teams, and multi-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of demand planning , supply planning , supply chain finance process and principles.
• Spoken and written English , with a strong command of technical language related to S&OP and statistical modelling tools.
• Detailed technical knowledge of statistics and their application in S&OP processes
