The Project Manager Ports & Terminals is responsible for managing engineering, project management and contract management of complex infrastructure projects in the field of port area development and terminals. Your scope covers the entire process of master planning, design, drawing up specifications and supervising the construction. The main focus in this role lies in the advisory and study phases, but you will also support projects in the implementing phase.
You will have a major role in winning new contracts especially in the private sector. You maintain active contacts with clients in the Netherlands and abroad in various networks to build successful relationships. In this job you also have an important contribution in the development of knowledge in the field of project and contract management of port infrastructure projects and be coach/mentor of less experienced colleagues.

Profiel
What do we ask?
We are looking for a results-oriented team player who can translate client needs into projects in the field of port infrastructure and terminals. To properly perform in this job, you will have a relevant academic degree and 10 years of experience in the field of advisory/engineering of port infrastructure projects.
You have experience in the study, design and implementation phase and are familiar with project and contract management of multidisciplinary projects . You are familiar with the application of Prince2, IPMA, Systems Engineering and D&C contracts. You have excellent communication skills.
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who can grow into the function of project director for national and international projects.
